1. All Sales on Custom Items Are Final: Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

4. Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 8 hours of purchase. After that, production may have already started, and cancellations may not be possible.
