Return and Refund Policy

At HunnyBee Hive, each item is custom-made with care just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our items, we have the following return and refund policy: 

1. All Sales on Custom Items Are Final: Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. 

    To request a refund or replacement please provide:                                                                                                                         

• Your order details
• A clear photo of the item showing the issue   

     We will gladly: 

• Replace the item, OR
• Offer a refund if a replacement is not possible

3. Order Errors & Customer Responsibility: Please double-check all custom details (spelling, sizes, colors, etc) before placing your order. HunnyBee Hive is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer. 

4. Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 8 hours of purchase. After that, production may have already started, and cancellations may not be possible.

5. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
